here's where it all began

317Charcuterie was founded in July 2021 by Emily Miller.  Shortly after, I , Tina Lenges- joined her in curating custom boards and graze tables for a wide range of events.  

In January 2025, I officially took ownership of 317Charcuterie, as Emily shifted her focus to welcoming her new baby.  Together, we shared a vision of continuing to deliver elevated boards and grazing tables to our amazing customers, and  I am proud to carry that forward.
